I just produced a track with Baby Doc from the UK, in conjunction with Alex Blanco. Really big fun and so happy with the result. Edgy, gritty, phat and yet, we couldn’t resist that uplifting moment towards the end. And when you’re not alone in the studio, you try out things just for fun and surprise each other with the results. We actually used all the instruments on the picture below: the finest TB-303 clone from Din Sync for the bass line, the Roland TR-8S for some main drums, the Teenage Engineering Pocket Operator for additional percussion, the Phonon 4400 headphones for recording it and the Suzuki Omnichord for some lead sound. Hear it and get mad to it soon on a dancefloor near you when Baby Doc or yours truly will be dropping this.
