Tonight I play in Fukuoka on the Southern Japanese island Kyushu.
It was requested, that I play a set with only my own music. So I asked my host DJ Tomoya for a selection of favourite Mijk tracks in Fukuoka.
The result is somehow very interesting for me. I did expect Gamer's Night and my Niji remix to be on top of these fan charts, but wasn't aware that High On Hope is so popular.
The runners' up are also surprising, like Le Chic Flic and Kissin' And Dissin', a track I rediscovered and which became mainstay in my recent sets in Japan.
And something else stunned me: no Marmion track, no Schöneberg.
It seems like Japan ticks really different and I'm very thankful for that. And now let's go and rock this party right! 😉
