Beroshima – Hexaline (Mijk van Dijk Remix)

DJ Tomoya aka Reqterdrumer from Fukuoka runs Blue Arts Music, a label for Japanese techno. I already participated in 2015 with my remix for Tomoya’s track Torrent Of People. Now Blue Arts Music is releasing exclusive remixes of Version Of Reality by Hiroshi Watanabe and Hexaline by Frank Müller aka Beroshima from his acclaimed 2013 album Real To Reel.
Remixers are high profile Japanese artists like Ken Ishii, A.Mochi, Sugiurumn, Reqterdrumer and Hiroshi Watanabe (who remixed Frank’s track) as well as John Beltran, Beroshima (who remixed Hiroshi’s track) and yours truly. On my remix I emphasized on the bell melody for a short break and tried to recreate the rich emotional feel of the original in a more minimalistic way. Whenever I play this in my DJ sets it gets a great response. Try it for yourself. Out on June 8th.
