My dear family, friends and fans!
I’m happy and thankful for the past year 2024. I’ve had the privilige to experience so many great adventures with old and new friends, several firsts in my career and to lay the foundations for even greater things to come.
Due to my involvement with the launch of the Yamaha SEQTRAK groovebox I started to seriously play live again with this and other machines.
I hadn’t played live properly for such a long time and I was shy to start with that again. But once I jumped into the cold water and started to swim, it felt natural and fun and now I just cannot stop anymore. So I’m gonna expand my live repertoire for 2025, gonna revisit more of my older tunes in fresh format and of course present all my new tracks.
I was lucky to play on some real stand-out parties like Nature One, Wooferland Festival, Outside World Festival, very special club gigs at Tekknozid (Berlin), Paula (Dresden), Elipamanoke (Leipzig) and Schokofabrik (Bayreuth), my beloved Berlin home base Der Weiße Hase and a private boat party on Berlin’s own river Spree on the sunniest day of the year with my dear friends Toby Izui and Christian Grade.
One of the most enjoyable moments however was to play live on the Peace 4 All Float at Rave The Planet with all the amazing talents whom I did my float with: Felix Reichelt and Ronny Luft of Volume Berlin Records, Macho Milano of Hexenwerk Festival, our amazing DJ guests Risa Taniguchi, Toby Izui, Je Saré, Cat Vermillion, Felix Wehden and last but surely not least Christian Grade, with whom I share a very special friendship since many years.
Together we’re starting a new enterprise in both of our lifes tomorrow: the microglobe collective, a group of like-minded DJs and friends incl. Baby Doc, Alex Blanco, Hetto, Shane Tate, all disciplined and and reprimanded by Kelly Kelleher-Tate, our mistress of DJ stress. She’s gonna take care of our bookings starting from 2025.
I hope your year was as colourful and rewarding as mine and I hope you have great plans and resolutions for the New Year.
