30 years ago at the 1995 Love Parade, local radio station Kiss FM organized the "Kiss FM Loveboat," a 60-hour radio show broadcast from a boat in the water basin next to Lehrter Bahnhof (now Berlin Hauptbahnhof), including a free party on the lawn in front. Numerous local and international DJs played there for an hour each from Friday evening to Monday morning, and thousands of people danced around the clock on the riverbank all weekend long. It was hot and loud!
