Mvd-Kisuna-Technics-4Last week on June 15th I played a special vinyl DJ set for the presentation of the brandnew and very limited Technics SL-1200 GAE turntable at Kisuna Arts & Records Pop Up Shop in Berlin-Mitte,  actually also using it in my set.
For those of you who could not come there, HERE‘s a link to the video streaming of my set.
I also took the opportunity to write a feature on the new 1200 turntable for German musician’s web portal Bonedo, that you can find HERE! My 50 cent of thoughts about the new flagship model, and why it is so expensive and yet so good. Only in German language, sorry.
Wanna “see” (and hear) the other DJ sets by the likes of DJ Jauche, DJ ClĂ©, Phaser, JĂĽrgen von Knoblauch or DJ Valis? Music is an international language. Check em all out HERE!
And did I hear somebody shout “Playlist”?
Here it is:

Mvd-Kisuna-Technics-5 00.29.46BTW: one of the first records I played was my very own Tokyo Trax EP from 1995, not the obvious faster tracks, but the chilled-out 115 bpm jam “Tokyo Underground”. Still brings back so much memories of my first trip to Japan.
You can read more about that HERE in English and HERE in Japanese.

P.S.: Note the yummy ENTER Sake in the background on the top picture.
